مجموعة الرامح عام 1990، وبنت على مرّ السنين إرثاً راسخاً في مجالات الهندسة والبناء وتطوير البنى التحتية. وقد شكّل عام 2009 محطة تحول رئيسية عندما انتقل المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي الحالي — الذي شغل سابقاً منصب مدير فرع شركتي الكونكورد و أوفتيكو — بقيادته إلى مجموعة الرامح، موحِّداً عقوداً من الخبرة والعلاقات الاستراتيجية تحت رؤية واحدة.
